Shipping Policy

Free shipping on orders over $80.00.  Products by 865 Collar Company are made to order.  Expect 1-2 weeks for manufacturing on those items.  Please allow 2-3 business days for completed orders to ship.  We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.  Orders are not shipped on holidays.  If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipping maybe delayed.  If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.  Also we are unable to ship to a P.O. Box, your order must be sent to a physical address.
