Refund policy

Returns/Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of original shipping date.  Your return / exchange must be in new, unused condition, they way you received it.  We do not offer returns or exchanges on personalized or custom products.  To make a return or exchange, fill out the contact for above or email support@865collarcompany.com.  Pleases include your order number with your inquiry.  Shipping costs are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for shipping cost of the returned merchandise.  We recommend insuring and getting a tracking number for returned merchandise..  865 Collar Comp[any will not be responsible for items lost in the return shipping process.  We can only estimate a shipping ETA.  Once the packaged is picked up by USPS, UPS, FEDEX, ETC it is out of our control.

 

Warranty

We stand behind ur quality American manufacturing process and believe our product will serve you for many years to come.  If that isn't the case, we offer a one year warranty against manufacturing defects.  865 Collar Company reserver the right to repair or replace the defective product(s) at our discretion.  We engineer. our products to be the highest quality and want you to rely on your products to get the job done; each and every time.  For any warranty claims, fill out the contact form or email us at support@865collarcompamy.com.

 





 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
